All orders are subject to availability. Flowers are a natural, seasonal product, and we reserve the right to substitute individual stems or flowers of equal or greater value where necessary, while preserving the overall look and colour scheme of your arrangement.

2. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. Custom quotes for weddings and events are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate accounts or large events. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or communicated directly by our team.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver on the date and within the time window requested, subject to traffic, weather, and access conditions in Hong Kong. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability.
