These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Petal & Poem website and the purchase of products and services from Petal & Poem, Shop B, G/F, 46A Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to availability. Flowers are a natural, seasonal product, and we reserve the right to substitute individual stems or flowers of equal or greater value where necessary, while preserving the overall look and colour scheme of your arrangement.

2. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. Custom quotes for weddings and events are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate accounts or large events. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or communicated directly by our team.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver on the date and within the time window requested, subject to traffic, weather, and access conditions in Hong Kong. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard bouquet orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.
• Wedding and event bookings require a non-refundable deposit, with cancellation terms specified in the individual event agreement.
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds for delivered products are only offered where the order arrived damaged or materially different from what was ordered. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Free Consultations

Consultations booked through our website are free of charge and without obligation. A consultation does not constitute a confirmed order; orders are confirmed only upon payment or signed agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Petal & Poem or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Petal & Poem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
